Hanging from the world tree, wounded by a spear, given no bread or mead, he hung for nine days. On the last day, he saw on the ground runes that had fallen from the tree, understood their meaning, and, coming down, scooped them up for his own. All knowledge is to be found in these runes.

The Hanged Man, in similar fashion, is a card about suspension, not life or death. It signifies selflessness, sacrifice and prophecy. You make yourself vulnerable and in doing so, gain illumination. You see the world differently, with almost mystical insights.

oh wells, one week has already passed, gotta be rushing my
practical assessment and presentation by next weekend and
have to come up new exercises to work out various muscles groups
and at the same time, take charge of a squad, conduct physical
trainings every mornings and maintain highest level of discipline
at all times. its certainly very demanding. Given the work load
and pressures by the superior, I'm really tired, have been on the
go all week long. Totally worn out, seriously. : (

could you just imagine of carrying a haversack
filled with 25kg of fine sands and rocks running
around the compound several times right after a
IPPT test(2.4km and blah blah)? better not, guys!
hopefully, by the end of this course, i can able to
complete my 2.4km run within 8mins or lower the
happier i'm and of course, other respective stations
too especially chin ups and standing board jump.
No matter how vigorous, strenuous or tough, i'm
gonna strive for excellence in whatever i do. ROAR! o.0

okay, i've got GOLD for the last IPPT
before passing out from HTA in a month time.

Sit up - 55 reps as usual, took my own sweet time after i've hit 40 reps =D
Chins up - 12 reps
Standing Board Jump - 251cm
Shuttle Run - 9.6 seconds
2.4Km Run - 9.06 mins

At least, i've finally aced in all of the
5 stations. WEE WOO! This time round, four persons managed to
achieved GOLD for the infamous Se7en Gurkha Squad.


just came back Seventeen Summer Challenge held at
Tanjong Beach, Sentosa. Argh, the freaking hot weather
was really killing me, seriously. So i was been happily posted alone to
Walls' tent just to distribute those ice cones to anyone who
approaches me and please get it clear, it's exclusively FREE!
strangely, i just ate only one Black Forest Royale cornetto
throughout the entire day.


Alright, i'm been deployed for Sunday's sentry duty at Old PA for this Police's Week Carnival starting from 9am till evening before heading back for camp. Darn, its going to be a very tiring day, i guess. After hearing comments from squad mates who were on duty for this weekend.

alright, i shall not be humble anymore.
i've got GOLD for my IPPT!

Sit up - 59 reps (40 reps within 35 Seconds) took my own sweet time after i've hit 40 reps =D
Chins up - 11 reps ( 1 more for 5 points)
Standing Board Jump - 240cm (3 more cm for 5 points too)
Shuttle Run - 9.4 Seconds
2.4Km Run - 9.40 Mins

In total, i accumulated 23 points over 25 out of
5 stations. Only two persons achieved GOLD for the
squad of 35 people. =p

Oh yah, i've passed the PDT test (Police Defensive Tactics)
two weeks ago with PRIDE. I revised and practiced over and
over almost everyday and theres theory test for it too, okay!
Wee, hard work over the months finally paid off.
Off my shoulder, shOo! =)
